About Angelina Beautiful/Clean

The purpose of Angelina Beautiful/Clean, as stated in its by-laws, is:

to promote public interest in the general improvements of the environment of the county
to initiate, plan, direct, and coordinate programs for litter control on a sustainable basis
to implement and maintain the Keep America Beautiful System
to promote and assist statewide little prevention through Keep Texas Beautiful
to study, investigate and develop plans for improving the health, sanitation, safety, and cleanliness of Angelina County by beautifying the streets, highways, alleys, rivers and stream banks, lots, yards and other similar places
to encourage the placing, planning and/or preservation of trees, flowers, plants, shrubbery and other objects of ornamentation in the county
to advise and recommend plans to other agencies of the county for the beautification of the county and the environment of East Texas
