Angelina Beautiful/Clean Staff

Executive Director - Tony Moline

A native of Plano, TX, Tony recently received his Bachelor of Science degree at Stephen F. Austin State University. He worked as a pharmacy technician for over 10 years, and interned at State Senator Todd Staples office in 2006. Tony has also participated in several different public administration service groups and is still currently active within these groups.

Tony is excited to have an opportunity to lead an organization with the nation wide recognition that Angelina Beautiful / Clean has. “This organization has been a leader throughout the state and has won a tremendous amount of awards. I want to keep that tradition alive,” he stated.

One of the first priorities Tony has is to have Angelina County be the model for every community. “I think we can do it and be the model not just for Texas, but for the nation. We have every opportunity to make this community better if we all just try a little harder.”

Education Coordinator - Cherri Teutsch

Cherri Teutsch has been with Angelina Beautiful Clean for 6 years as the Education Coordinator. She is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, where she earned a bachelors degree in Education. While teaching 2nd grade, Cherri began spending part of her summers volunteering for AB/C as a teacher for ECO Camp. As the Education Coordinator for AB/C, Cherri provides an environmental activity for each of the 17,000 students in Angelina County. Cherri strives to not only correlate each of these activities and projects with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS), but to align AB/C projects with the calendars of Angelina County’s six school districts and five private schools. She also holds six meetings throughout the school year with area teachers to distribute projects and keep local educators informed about upcoming AB/C events. The AB/C “Trash Talk” newsletter is a vital tool that Cherri creates to share all of AB/C’s educational news with area teachers. In addition, each year Cherri organizes the City of Lufkin’s Arbor Day ceremony, which is held at a Lufkin ISD school. Besides her duties throughout the school year, Cherri organizes AB/C’s hugely successful week long ECO Camp each summer. During Cherri’s time with AB/C her efforts have contributed to several state and national awards. With Keep Texas Beautiful, Cherri’s youth education program contributed to winning two consecutive Governor’s Community Achievement Awards, bringing almost $200,000 in award monies to our community, and several Gold Star Affiliate awards. Cherri has also served on the Youth Committee for Keep Texas Beautiful. Nationally, during Cherri’s time with AB/C, the organization won the Distinguished Service Citation, several Presidents’ Circle Recognition Awards, and most notably, she traveled to Washington D.C to the Keep America Beautiful conference to receive the KAB Affiliate Award, recognizing AB/C as the best KAB affiliate in the nation for our population category.

Cherri is married to Clint Teutsch and they have three daughters, Carianne, Calianne, and Carolanne. They are members of the First United Methodist Church of Lufkin and are active in the community. Cherri has been a long time member of the Lufkin Junior League and has served in several leadership capacities within that outstanding volunteer organization.
