The Very Thing wins May 2022 Beautification Award

Angelina Beautiful/Clean (AB/C) presented The Very Thing with a Beautification Award on May 2, 2022. The award was presented by members of the Angelina Beautiful/Clean Board of Directors and the May Beautification sponsor, Texas Size Selfie.

The Beautification Award is an environmental award program that recognizes individuals, organizations, and businesses that have demonstrated exceptional leadership in protecting or enhancing our local environment. This is in recognition of achievement in helping to beautify the Angelina County area through building improvements, and any other means which enhances the beauty of our Deep East Texas community.

Per Emily Thornton, AB/C Executive Director, “Beautification is an essential investment that we want to encourage all local business and homeowners to take part in. Beautification is proven to improve quality of life, economic success, and creates a sense of community.
